Pearl AV has just completed supply of technical services and equipment to a high level conference in Dublin. The delegates (four hundred in total) were flown in from Australia for five intense days of conference business and two gala evenings, one with a top international act specially commissioned for a private performance. Pearl AV's remit was to supply a complete visuals package at the main venue, and compliment the second with a full av solution for any and every speaker support requirement.

The event was hailed as a complete success and Pearl AV's experienced technical team comprising of project managers, senior technicians, rigging crew, transport and warehouse managers ensured timely delivery of every aspect. With full pre-production advance planning this ensured a smooth and flawless operation across the five days.

Technically the modern, fresh and clean equipment supplied included four 18,000 lumen HD projectors (the brightest in Ireland), analog way axion and diventix systems, HD transmission systems, all across cat5, mac media servers with solid state drives guaranteeing smooth play-out of all media content to giant screens,(main screen 32 x 18)
Meantime, the second venue consisted of four conference environments, reception areas and smaller breakout spaces all fully fitted with fast efficient av, lighting and staging hardware.Also required was a stadium PA for a set piece in "Croke Park" stadium for delegates on one of the event days.
